To keep our staff healthy so they can be here to help keep your pet healthy, as well as to help maintain your health, we are changing how we do business. We are initiating a concierge service for appointments as well as medication and prescription food refills.
Please call us from the car when you arrive, 703-759-2330 the Client Service Representative (CSR) will check you in.
- For an appointment, we will have an assistant call you and then meet you at the front door and take your pet to be examined by the doctor. After the doctor finishes the exam, she will call you to discuss her findings and a treatment plan for your pet. Once any medications are ready, we will have an assistant bring your pet back to you. We can check you out in our parking lot.
- If you will be leaving your pet with us for the day, a CSR will confirm the information that the doctor needs about the services your pet needs, or any problems your pet is experiencing over the phone when you arrive. They will come to your car to get your pet.
- For prescription food or medications to be picked up for your pet, please call ahead so we can make sure it is ready for you. When you arrive, give us a call and let us know you are here, and a CSR will bring the requested item(s) to your car.
If you feel ill, please have someone else bring your pet in for you.
Please note that ALL pets must either be leashed or in a carrier.
