Pet Wellness Examinations

Preventive Care for Every Life Stage

Pet Wellness Exams for Long Term Health

Great Falls Animal Hospital offers pets of all ages routine wellness examinations. These exams will give our veterinarians a solid understanding of the overall state of health of your beloved pet, which will allow them to make appropriate care and diet recommendations. Additionally, we’ll be able to catch any potential problems early on, saving you and your pet potential future vet visits. Since pets age five to seven times faster than you or I, these exams are even more important to ensure a long, happy, and healthy life. Following your appointment, we’ll provide you with information and recommendations about how to care for your pet.

Vaccines and Preventive Care

A crucial part of your pet’s routine wellness care is keeping on top of their vaccinations. These shots can protect your pet from a wide variety of dangerous and deadly diseases. Our Great Falls veterinarians will take into consideration several factors in order to determine the best vaccination schedule. If you’ve been here before, we’ll consult their history to see if they are due for any. With regular appointments at our hospital, we’ll be able to routinely check to make sure your pet is always up-to-date.

This has been my vet clinic for 48 years and I absolutely love Dr. Geller. I am so lucky to have had this clinic so close to home❤️

I highly recommend Quakertown Veterinary Clinic. We have been using QVC now, for 19 years. My Maltese have been cared for brilliantly by Dr. Nancy Barin. She has cared for our Maltese from Puppyhood to Rainbow Bridge. I would not want to go anywhere else. Thankfully, QVC is a full service clinic including a 24 hour emergency hospital staffed with caring professionals, which is an added bonus.
We had a chick that had a kinked neck about 2 weeks into her life. Thought it might be wry so added some vitamins to no avail. She was our only buff orpington and I assumed that she'd either get better or pass but two weeks later she was still kicking and still had a kinked neck. Decided to take her to the vet really just to see if her quality of life could be okay and Dr. Payton checked her out and took great care of her, explained what she thought was the most likely cause, and gave us some anti inflammatory medicine to hopefully help relieve some tension and help her heal. She was kind enough to teach us how to administer droplet medication to a chick as well, which is not something I'd normally do but my wife quite likes this particular chick. She made it look a lot easier than it is.We didn't have to wait long, the rest of the staff was friendly, and we had no issues at this vet.The price was reasonable even though I realize it may be a bit silly to take a chick to the vet.I'd take birds here again and highly recommend Dr. Payton Smith
