My cat Cordelia had to go in for emergency surgery on a linear foreign body. The staff here were incredibly kind and patient with me and my questions as a new cat owner, especially during this difficult time. While I was there I saw the emergency staff helping many other pets and the overall tone was overall ideal for an emergency setting.
