Veterinary care is an essential part of our community, and we want to assure you that we focus on safety for everyone as we recover from the pandemic. On June 1, 2021, we will be re-opening our exam rooms. All other services will remain concierge at this time.
We ask that anyone that is not fully vaccinated, as defined by CDC, wear a mask, covering nose and mouth, while in contact with our staff.
If you are here for an appointment we ask that you follow the steps below for the safety of all:
- Upon arrival at the hospital, please call us and let us know where you are located using the parking space number.
- After receipt of the call, we will check you in from outside the hospital. When an exam room is available an assistant will come to your vehicle. If you prefer, you may allow your pet to be examined while you wait in your vehicle.
- If you are at the hospital to leave a pet for in-patient care, pick up a pet, pick up food or medication, please remain in your vehicle outside the hospital and call the front desk. We will deliver your pet and medications or food to your vehicle as quickly as possible.
We are allowing one adult to accompany their pet inside our hospital for their pet’s appointment to limit exposure between people. We require all not fully vaccinated clients to wear a mask while in the building at the time of your pet’s appointment. You can expect any not fully vaccinated team members to be wearing a mask as well.
If your pet is due for an appointment, we encourage you to call in advance to schedule your visit. We are currently booking out about two weeks for all wellness exam and vaccines. As always, we promise to do our best to accommodate your schedule, however, please keep in mind our appointment slots may be filling more quickly than normal due to the pandemic. We understand “sick” visits require more urgent attention and have set aside designated time for these appointments.
We also ask you to provide 24 to 48 hours for prescription and diet refill requests. Please keep in mind that many distributors and manufacturers have been affected by the pandemic as well and we may not be able to access certain medications or foods as easily as we once were.
At, Great Falls Animal Hospital, we pride ourselves in the standard of
care we deliver and share the common goal of your pet’s well-being.
We are also committed to keeping our team, our patients, and our clients
safe. We appreciate your help in making sure your pet’s visit runs
smoothly and look forward to continuing to be here for you when they need us.
Wishing you safe and healthy days to come,
The Team of Great Falls Animal Hospital
